Terms of Service

1. What dropanda is

dropanda is a free discovery marketplace for digital products and SaaS tools. Creators list their products; buyers browse and click through to the creator's own external store (Gumroad, Payhip, Lemon Squeezy, Stan Store, or their own site) to complete any purchase. dropanda does not process product sales, hold funds on a creator's behalf, or take any percentage of sales made elsewhere.

2. Listing is free

Listing a digital product or SaaS tool on dropanda costs nothing. There are no listing fees, no commissions, and no percentage taken on any sale you make through your linked external store.

3. Paid features

dropanda offers two optional paid features, both processed through DodoPayments:

• Creator Spotlight — a pay-to-rank bid for one of the top 5 positions above the main feed. Ranking is based on the highest single payment made for that listing. All Spotlight payments are final and non-refundable.
• Sponsorship — a recurring subscription (Starter, Growth, or Premium) for sidebar ad rotation or an exclusive hero banner placement. Sponsorship subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; your placement is removed immediately upon cancellation or a failed renewal payment.

4. Your account

Accounts are created via Google sign-in. You're responsible for the accuracy of the listings you submit and for keeping your account secure. You agree not to create listings with false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

5. Prohibited content

You may not list content that is illegal, infringes someone else's intellectual property, contains malware, or violates the privacy or rights of others. You must have the right to list and sell any product you submit. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms, is spam, or is unrelated to digital products/SaaS.

6. Upvotes and community conduct

Upvotes are meant to reflect genuine interest. Manipulating rank through fake accounts, bots, or vote exchanges is not permitted and may result in listing removal or account suspension.

7. No warranty

dropanda is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or legality of any listing, or that any purchase made through an external store will be satisfactory. Transactions completed through a creator's external store are solely between the buyer and that creator.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, dropanda is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any dispute, loss, or issue arising from a transaction made on an external store linked from dropanda.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, at our discretion, without prior notice.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of dropanda after a change means you accept the updated terms.
