• Listing info — the product/tool details you submit: title, tagline, external URL, category, hashtags, and any logo you upload.
• Payment info — if you place a Creator Spotlight bid or subscribe to Sponsorship, payment is processed directly by DodoPayments. We receive your billing email and transaction status, but we do not receive or store your card details.
• Usage data — basic site interaction data (e.g. upvotes, page views) used to operate the marketplace feed.

2. How we use your information

We use this information to operate the marketplace: displaying your listings, processing Spotlight bids and Sponsorship subscriptions, maintaining your account, and communicating with you about your listings or payments.

3. Third-party services we use

• Google — for account sign-in.
• DodoPayments — for processing Spotlight bids and Sponsorship subscription payments.
• Neon — our database provider, storing account, listing, and subscription records.
• Cloudflare R2 — for storing uploaded logo/thumbnail images.

Each of these providers has its own privacy practices governing the data they process on our behalf.

4. What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information to third parties. We don't store your payment card details — that's handled entirely by DodoPayments.

5. Your choices

You can update or remove your listings at any time from your account. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us at the email below.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of dropanda after a change means you accept the updated policy.
